Introduction
 Headache Medicine is the official scientific journal of Brazilian Society that has been publishing clinical and experimental, qualitative, quantitative research on headaches orofacial pain for 28 years, as well aspects related to may have implications headaches. In constant updating, demonstrates commitment ethics following international criteria publication in medical field.
 Objective
 Describe updates made 2020 management editorial process bibliometric data from publications accesses demonstrate their impact headache science.
 Methods
 Data quantity location until September 2022 were obtained Google Analytics. The most accessed read articles (originals, reviews, or case reports) identified through statistical reports Open Journal Systems (OJS). journal's H5 index citations each published paper consulted Publish Perish Scholar, respectively.
 Results
